A reminder phone call will be made one business day prior to your appointment.
We adhere to strict hygienic and social distancing standards in our office.
If you have a fever, cough, nasal congestion, sore throat or loss of taste or smell,
please cancel your appointment with us and see your primary care physician
or go to the emergency room immediately.
Please bring and wear a mask during your time in the doctor's office.
We also ask that you bring no more than one family member or friend to the office.
To ensure safety, please sit at least 6 feet away from other patients in the office.
